Floored About CRE Tech Companies!
Would you prefer to walk through downtown Austin for four or five hours or have a one hour session of hacking out sweet floor plans on your screen with you space planner? Well, CBRE is betting on the latter, they have purchased a company known for it's useful (and fun!) 2D and 3D programs for space planning. As you all know, a good space planning exercise prior to site tours can save you time and money! On a larger scale, there will be others purchased very soon in the commercial real estate tech sector and most are predicting 2017 to be a buying cycle for the larger, forward thinking commercial real estate companies. Good for CBRE and their teams on leading the way so far in our short 2017 season.
