We've officially hit unprecedented territory in Austin. Our downtown office operating expenses are through the roof (pun intended). That's driven three of my office clients to different markets last year. And, the great part is I can show them savings, the tough part is, they'd all still rather be downtown if they could. Soon enough, we'll have 70-80% of our businesses in CBD all under the "tech or lawyer" umbrella.
