Springdale General has three spaces that have just come on the market for lease. The ownership’s mission for Springdale General is to keep the creative class in Austin. This East Austin space is incredibly well-designed by the team at Michael Hsu Office (link). At the moment there are suites ranging from 1,480 square feet to 3,400 square feet. Second generation space that is move-in ready does not last long in East Austin. My friends at Tower Commercial are marketing this 6,639 square foot building that has not been sold or marketed for twenty years.
